Clear 5 Process
The Clear 5 consists of a solar plexus tap/heart region hold, circular breathing from Kriya Yoga and a process based on an ancient Tibetan meditation form with obvious roots in the natural human ability to go into shock.(Suddenly feel intense pain, watch it at an increasing distance, and then observe the pain vanish from awareness)
(1) Gently tap your solar plexus region 20 times and place your other palm on your heart region. (Where the beating takes place).
(2) Keeping your palm on your heart, shift now into circular breathing and continue the circular breathing throughout the the exercise. The circular breathing connects the inhale with the exhale in a slow comfortable fashion. Exhale is relaxed with no control at all. If the inhale comes via the nose then the exhale should exit the nose. If the inhale comes through the mouth then the exhale must travel out the mouth. Exhale and inhale need not be the same duration. In short don't stop at the top of the breath or at the bottom. Breathing is one continuous loop.
(3) If you are confronting panic attacks or strong traumas--make sure your circular breathing is slow and comfortable.
(4) Tune into your problem (belief, emotion, physical sensation). Really feel your problem. Keep up your heart holding and breathing during your full experienceing. Allow your feeling to take place--don't force it. Spend as much time as you need to really feel this problem.
(5) Continue to experience your problem. Observe it and pay attention to its shape. As you notice its shape, allow your awareness to notice the area or space around this problem. In noticing the problem's shape and the area or space surrounding it, you will be defining your problem's limits. Spend a little time observing the limits or the edge of your problem. Bring your awareness back and forth between the problem's edge and its surrounding area or space.
(6) Permit your attention to separate you from your problem target. Keep holding your heart and breathing while you observe your target.
(7) Call your problem a neutral word like: "That Energy". Observe your problem as "That Energy" and see it over there. As you notice your self/beingness, notice the separation between self/beingness and "that energy". "That Energy" looks like an energetic blur on your self/being. This problem was once attached to you and now you are allowing it to be over there. As you observe your "That Energy" over there, you will notice it losing strength. If other ideas surface now, you will note them as "That Energy" and bring your attention back to the problem over there. It's only "That Energy".
(8) Permit "That Energy" to dissolve as you view it. Your target problem will dissolve or drift away. You are letting go--letting it dissolve away. The energy form is returning back into formlessness. When you observe the problem target, it fades away because it lacks in real substance. Remember: allow the image to be there and it will fade out or move away. With no energy to keep it alive, it will soon be gone. Never force it away or cling to it and it will always blip out on its own. Keep breathing through the entire process. When you believe the process is done, check your original belief, feeling, or physical sensation and notice if it has any strength or charge. If any strength or charge remains, then rerun the process until it is entirely eliminated.
